    You can put your ads in 20,000 sites if you wish. Just ensure that none of those sites breaks TOS!

    the second part is bad advice...

    don't even waste your time doing this... it's clearly stated in the tos and many many many sites do this... so don't waste your time and the google adsense team's time...

    yes you can, but forums are not very good at all for clicks. perhaps if you have an already active forum it will work well the first few weeks.

    You can have only one account so you can place ads on all of your sites if sites are in accordance with TOS.
