    I start a new website about tax attorney here :

    I found it on internet it's ready website.
    I put my adsense code on it.
    I dont know. Its in Adsense TOS yes or no?

    Please tell me if ii dont allow by google adsense tos.

    I think is that ok...has many site very similar with yours..better you email to adsense support to make sure about this

    I don't think there's any site compliance issue but the question is whether how you want to optimize the site for it to rank well.
