    as far as i know, u may not place an ad link unit beneath images. so i think your blog is clear! ;)

    i recommend using a banner under the post title BUT make sure you have "Advertisements" or "Sponsored Links" above the ads.

    To be safe, just space it out a little bit or put borders around it to separate from the rest.
