    Its #B5B5B5. I used a screen color capturing tool. I don't have idea how it changes with Photoshop CS3.

    That is weird that CS3 would get it wrong when an older version gets it right.

    I determined it through copying the provided sample and pasting into a photoshop document. Then I sampled the color using the eye dropper tool. It is strange that I came up with something different.

    By the way I use photoshop cs3 , that color it is really b5b5b5. You can check it your self just open that image in photoshop then use the eyedropper tool then click it to the image, next click the set foreground color from the tool box then a window will appear named color picker (foreground color) the color code is located at the bottom of that window. make sure the only web colors is unchecked. if checked repeat the steps from the eye dropper tool.
