    Eh...yeah...have some patience.

    Anyway, I would scrap the whole design of your site or fix it up. Having the ads outside of your actual content isn't a good thing. Try to incorporate it in the content and make it look like it's a part of it.

    Instead, remove it and place a 468 x 60 one in your table below. Set the background to the same grey background and border with white text.

    It's look very bad. Put 336x280 between the list of txt. Use the same color like a background.

    I would suggest you putting a half banner (blended) in grey area (your content area)

    Do not put banners outside of content area. Keep them within the content. Blend them.
