    Hello, my current situation is

i have a static HTML website with about 100 pages
and im realizing that its taking me to long to code each page each time as i write articles etc

i don't want to use WordPress or Joomala or anything like that.

i want a program or something that pretty much as my css and design but all i do is put the text in and picture etc and upload it

can anyone give me some suggestion

Mhh... You could use Contao or Typo3, but these are a bit complicated to set up. Complicated but manageable.

You can probably find a similar theme on Wordpress and just copy and paste everything.

Well Drupal is the best for me, very versatile. But otherwise I think simplecms was meant to be very simple, I don't know really, it's been a long time I ever looked at a comparative article about CMS, I've settled on Drupal, there's nothing you can't do with it, especially if you enjoy coding.

Feel interest to go with word-press,
It is easy and open source, phpmysql combination make it easy to edit.
More over it is comfortable and reliable.

better not use those one-click installs from your hosting.
If you want to take the time to learn drupal, then start with drupal.org and look at how to install it on your web host, including creating a mysql database.
If you don't want to take the time, then forget about it, seriously I have no advise for this case.
