    It is a website with referee wallpapers. Can you please tell me what to improve or avoid ?

    Here are a few recommendations:

    1. Take off the top leaderboard banner and move it to show below each page.
    2. Directly below or right next to your bottom header links, place a horizontal link unit (when you get the chance)
    3. Change AdSense link colors to match your site's link colors

    blending is good but you must be careful while you are using "Welcome visitor!" label above your adsense . this may be a problem for you

    The right skyscraper is good? I mean there are thumbnails of the images but clearly stated as random wallpapers and latest wallpapers. Is it ok ith images next to ads? Is there enough space between images and ads?
