Can the 40,000/month "AdsenseBig" owner be redflagged by google?

Guys,

I want your opinion on this. Adsensebig is not your traditional adsense guru tips kind of website. Its very different. The owner is claiming to be averaging 40,000/month from adsense alone on his 1600 page website. Instead of telling you how he does it, like most adsense e-books by well established publishers, he flat out says, i'll just sell you my exact same website for $97. All you have to do is get your own domain name and web hosting, and promote it.
Guys....tell me....can this send a red flag to google? because i'd imagine a lot of people would buy this, causing too much "duplication" of content...and we all know search engines hate same content being repeated and repeated over again. In other words, do you think after a certain point, google would just ban his account, and all those who purchased his exact 1600 page site, for excessive duplicated content? its scary to just see what he's offering...i think the website is adsensebig.com not sure...but i know that's the product. Don't get me wrong, i know it'll work...im just afraid it'll get someone banned. Im not sure his product is legal. Tell me what you guys think..

 

Sounds like a bit of a fraud to me. Duplicating his site in that manner would surely affect his traffic immensely, and it wouldn't make good business sense to do so. I doubt he's making 40 large ones a month. I think more than a few people are lying about their adsense earnings to get traffic and / or sales, and some of them post on this board.
