    It could be a lot better. It looks like you have dumped random ad layouts in random places. try to make the adverts look like a part of the site. if they stand out as adverts, Like they do now, Less people will click them.

    Also, Set up channels so you can monitor each ad blocks performance and experiment with positions, layouts and colours to find out the optiminal position and layout.

    you should blend your ads into the look and feel of the page. the way your ads are displayed now will give you a very low ctr. have no fear though. If you are new to adsense, these are some items that will make more sense to you as your adsense knowledge grows. We have all been there. even the major adsense publishers. :)

    I think they're placed Ok, though you will want to change the background color of the ad block to match the background color of your site - this would look much better. :)

    the most important rule that i've heared is that u should make the ads not to look like ads. and on your page they look like ads a lot. as FreewayWebhost said, try to make the bg color the same as the site. so figure out waht to do to make ads not too look like ads:D
