Can we use Facebook to promote products?

Just wonder can we using FB to promote product? Will it consider where violate the policy? Any idea? Please comments. Thanks

 

You can make fan-page of your main company there you can display your products but creation of direct pages of your products can create problems for your business products! so the best practice is to promote your own company that can automatically promote the products

It really depends on how you market your product. If it involves spamming other people pages and walls facebook probably won't be too kind to it but you never know.
