    CMIIW : I think the first common problem is how to get more traffic, secondly how to bring the browser/customer to 'click' our Ads.

    If you intend to commit long-term, it's best to get your own domain. Nevertheless, the ads placement looks fine to me and as long as you continue to add more content, the earning should increase as well.
