    This is most likely a custom site.
    If you look at the source code, you'll see that the main template file ends
    with .dwt, which is a Dreamweaver template extension.

    I'm pretty sure a Wordpress theme could be made to look like that, though.

    yep. basic coding is dreamweaver.

    as far as the content management, I thought it might just be php/sql application...however I see their login has a catchpa so maybe is something custom + they have some paid stuff.

    That is a pretty nice looking little site! You could probably hire something similar on rentacoder.
