    Looks like it might be a modified version of Joomla! to me.

    It's not joomla, the links' URLs are different from joomla's URL format. Probably it's custom made.

    Zedge is based upon completely proprietary, highly optimized code with the exception of the blog, which is WordPress. It is very cool... check it out. :)
