you are allowed to advertise in your sig - its just strange, how a few days a go all forums get spammed by that URL - the user gets banned..... and now your here with the same URL....

Ben you may want to check this article out. It's from 2002 though... so I'm sure there are newer ideas floating about. Some decent links in the article and the comments area.

It sounds like you have a special setup in your car - so were are the pictures? we need to see pictures?

Now if I could figure out how to use the police system that is ran throught our city then I could get great wirless throughout the whole city!
They have antanaes (sp?) everywhere around here hanging from street lamps.

GPRS is an option BUT it's slow and expensive.

Umm any reason why you would want your PC in the car though?

For checking your KWT rankings of course!

I read they'll replace all Westminster lamp posts with new ones incorporating wireless access points. Too bad the congestion charge will make it expensive.

I used to have a wireless internet card that I used with my laptop. Most of the cell phone providers have service plans for them and they are comparable to cell phone rates. I could get internet access anywhere in any major city.

The novelty of being able to instantly look up anything or chat with people while in my car quickly wore off.
