Caution about collecting PayPal payments for sending and blog posting scams!

• On August 18, 2015, I've seen the scammer post http://www.warriorforum.com/wanted-members-looking-hire-you/1099148-looking-hire-virtual-assistants.html#post10344105 and contacted him via email .
• On August 29 in the evening, the scammer with an alias of Gene Volkov replied to my email asking for my Skype.
  
• On Aug 30 at 12 AM, he with the Skype name: gene.volkov invited me to add on Skype and I shared my contact details with him.
  
• And on Aug 30 in the midnight, he tell me what to do, to collect PayPay payments from and send them to some people telling that we’re doing an SEO business and I will get the 5% fee for every incoming transaction, and I tried it to see how it works.
  
• Then I receive $300 from with a note: “Link Acquisition for Buzzfeed for kohlscouponsonline.com”.
  
• And I send $30 for https://jm.linkedin.com/pub/lancelot-tucker/29/49/661 as personal payment, $210 to Tech Data Corporation (Customer Service Phone: +91 2703431) as good or service, and $20 for as personal payment.
  
• After sending the $210, I review the PayPal ToS and I see the section 10. Restricted Activities. f. Send unsolicited email to a User or use the PayPal Services to collect payments for sending, or assisting in sending, unsolicited email to third parties;
  
• And I just finished THAT SINGLE JOB and not willing to accept such kind of gig anymore because I think it's against the PayPal ToS.
  
• But on October 20, the buyer that sent me the $300 dispute that payment and it looks that buyer is also a conspirator of the scammer because they're not replying to my email and also dispute the payment for a long period of time.

I lost a lot of money and time about this, so please, to all the victims or from a third party to a complainant related to this kind of a scam, I highly recommend you to file a complain at ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx and DON'T TAKE THIS FOR GRANTED!! Thank you..
