I have a couple articles I submitted to digg, but I have since redesigned my website and the links no longer work. Is there a way to edit your submission?

I've looked around and I don't see any way...

Don't think there is. Try submitting a new article.

Just do a PHP page redirect on the page that the digg article is accessing. At least do some type of redirect.

You can't make changes at digg but you can create a fake page on those links on your site like keyz said and redirect the link to either your main site or to your new location. Since you said it is only couple of articles then it would be easy.
