Changing color of clothe in a photo

Hi, I have some problems when trying to change a color of clothe, to say exactly the color of baby's t-shirt in a photo. If anybody can help me? What's the right tool for this?
    Thanks.

For me.. Try to use Pen Tool and trace the shirt >> then once done CMD + ENTER (marquee will appear) >> Now go to >> Image >> Adjustments >> and play around with hue/saturation.

There's a lot of technique out there but what I'm suggesting is just a simple one that I discovered by playing around with my photoshop.

Select the area where you would like to change the color by pen tool and convert it into selection pick the color by source color by color picker tool and fill it in the selection area. after filling you also do the adjustment for fine tuning.
