    Why is it different in going from ASP to PHP? I'm actually going to be going from CFM to PHP... what kind of difference will that make?

    I've just heard some people say that their rankings didn't miss a beat after switching from ASP to PHP.

    On the safe side you can use 301 redirect for your old CFM files. That way you have less chances to lose your ranking.
