    You are all crazy. PayPal is awesome unless you screw up. Nobody insures digital goods transactions. If you are selling a website then backup the site and ship. If you do not allow access to source code then ship out the custom pages on a disc. The only thing paypal is looking for is whether or not you can prove shipping. If you can prove shipping you win. But because you are selling digital goods and not shipping you will always loose. If you are receiving monthly payments it is a good idea to ship something monthly as well.
