    i can afford to pay 49$ per month for dedicated server, & i am looking for windows hosting, although i got many cheap dedicated host sites, but its only for linux, windows server charges are more than 128$, which i cannot afford

    You get what you pay for in the hosting industry. You can get dedicated servers for $40 a month (unmanaged,low spec,second hand hardware, low support ect.)
    Or you can pay $400 a month (managed, high spec, brand new parts, brilliant support)

    For that money, you cannot get a Windows Server because the Window Monthly License would be something like $25/mth. Then the cost of bandwidth and support and the hardware will add up. I think a reasonable low end server will cost you about $100/mth.

    In any case, you may want to look at a Windows Reseller Account or a Windows Virtual Private Server. Otherwise you need to really bring up your budget.

    Eagerhost.com has quite affordable servers. I personally go with Aplus or Rackspace but they can get pricey, especially RS..

    This is something that you can check out as i Have been told this is the best dedicated servers there is Wiredtree.com check it out, I give this information last night to my friend who has 11 sites and he is moving all of them to this hosting site. For the 11 sites he will pay $150.00 a month

    If you have nothing to lose by checking this out.
