    Well it's ok, but you may want to place one of the rectangulars under the first article.
    And maybe remove the banner in header and place a skyscraper at the left column.

    Adsense must not look like an ads... don't focus on your ads instead focus first on your website itself and eventually the traffic will drive and clicks to your ads will follow.
