    Well i would say make the background of the ads white, turn the text black and switch the ads to the left side. But hey, that's just me.

    you would have to match the background of the template and the ads background, and for that make the background white.

    In simple word you would need to make your ads as a part of your template format and colors. it will help you a lot....
