ads look good and are well placed. Question though....why did you decide to put them in the middle below the fold only?

I'd move the horizontal link unit down below your logo & navigation bar.

its way too close...and its not even beneficial as you do not get paid from clicks on text link ads...only on subsequent clicks.

Ads do not blend with the actual content. They stand out! Now-a-days visitors are getting smarter in identifying ads. I am not suggesting trick your visitors but you can very well blend them with your content compelling the visitor to click on them.

Look at this example: http://www.articleson.com/ Look at the very top menu.

This is just one example. Here is another: http://www.bollywoodlyrics.com/ Left menu. Although they stand out here - users are still compelled to click them as they blend really well with the template and content.

I suggest get rid of the horizontal leader board and put in a vertical skyscrapper.

This is tricking the user. If you want to bring in clicks then I suggest break your links. Add a < br > in your links and move the ads to 3rd or 4th position - the skyscraper is placed way down - what if somebody does not scroll that far?
