    Not looking good the way it is now Ray.

    Would you mind tweaking it a bit - like making the bg olour smiliar to the blog bg? and the titles colour similar to your blog links colour? They will surely increase your CTR

    With the right blending and other techniques, I think I could get you about 3/4% better CTR.

    Borders are not the way to go.

    I agree...the bored makes it stand out to be an ad. Get rid of the border and BG, and I think you will be receiving a few more clicks.
