I haven't posted in a while but I finally changed my site around to look more professional. Next thing is to convert it to more games than world of warcraft and change the domain to a really nice one.

I wanted to see how people think my ads integrate into the page. I think it's pretty good but they do stick out a tiny bit because I didn't use links like a google ad but just content in between.

thanks, I had to actually edit the bg picture on the left to a slant how it is now, it was too far down and you could see the black google box and it stuck out. I did have a competing ad on there but since the url is black i couldn't see it, so i changed the url to white and it still wouldn't show up. now it's not showing on my page but I'll have to find it another time. it said w.o.w something or other if anyone sees it and can see the url please let me know

No that's a good thing. As I'm sure you know a lot of people get ad blindness. If they don't notice it's an ad it looks like the rest of your page and is more likely to get clicked.

Would rather have clicked an ad that blended in as if it was the site, or an eye catching color that doesn't match the rest of the site that just screams I'm an ad?

I agree that the left sidebar google ads are very well disguised and look like part of the site. They will earn you money if someone decides to click on the sidebar.

One thought for you. Does the sidebar look like a menu system or a column of content with nothing to click?

Also are you missing an opportunity in the middle colum where you could integrate in a google add near the areas where the visitor will click on a link?

Well there are clickables on the left side but that is more of the news column. Right now my news link just leads to the index but I will soon make a page with all the news on it.

I was thinking of adding another in the middle like below the free tip. I Don't know which ad block i'd use for that though. I used to make a good cpc but then it went mostly to gaming ads and they're low cpc. I put in that comment about the rich jerk and now it displays make money ads. I don't see how that little content did that but that's good.

but what ad block would be good for the middle under the tip section?
