This is a webmaster forum you know - 26/26 posts in Introductions and General Chat doesn't make you look much like a webmaster... Then again, every time I ring BT, they are "very busy right now" so I fully understand your motives.

 

Ahem!!! Johan, I know the frustration of not getting tech support when you need it.

But....not everyone here is a webmaster, few are still learning

Let me introduce JLQ, AKA, Arti, My girlfriend. she is here to learn about Web stuffs As she thinks SEO is something like CEO.

 

I am sure we can leave BT out of here. When you ring BT it some interaction between the company and u. If you require any offline help or suggestion you are most welcome But i see no reason why i should be made to look as a ideal vent for vengence or complains/puns regarding BT simply because i joint DP . Besides most of the people who call BT want the things done not even overnight but instantaneously and can go to every extent to argue their point. And remember feedbacks are available on both the sides. If a cust can comment on the employees same can be done backwards but i doubt you will ever find any employee waging a war against cust on any forum or website no matter how compatible or curteous the cust is.

however, I am not a vetran Webmaster, I know very little about Webmaster stuffs, I am here to learn. I spend my 80% time to read and 20% time to post these "craps". And all the days that i have office to attend i m required to report to the office so that less and less cust can hear "We are very busy at the moment." I am sorry if you felt that I am spamming. I would not post anything, untill I acquire knowledge to tell something "Usefull"
