Yes, I recieved something, but I am unsure whether I want to be part of it. I doubt it will amount to much per advertiser, and I feel like somehow I will be on Yahoo's shit list, even though that is improbable.

What is it all about? I'm not even an advertiser, I'm a publisher and they sent me one. How did they get our information?

Yeah, thats the thing. They haven't done me any wrong, and I am not comfortable jumping on a bandwagon for a few bucks.

You can still earn from Yahoo after you win the lawsuit, why not go for both?

It's not like Yahoo gonna go bankrupt if they lose.

The lawyers get rich and you will end up with about 2 bucks. I threw mine in the trash as well.

With Yahoo being the only search engine that treats me well, I wouldn't dare sue them.. I almost feel like I should be paying them lol.. :)

I'm not even an advertiser... just a publisher. Why did I receive email and letters about this? Seems like an error. Note to the wise: it appears that you must file an exclusion form or you will be opt-in for the class action.
