you know what they (you) say; content comes first and you should make a site of something that you're passionate about. i'm passionate about photography. just released this site the other week.

i really hate it when some sites have ads that get all up in your face in the middle of the content, so well blended in that you actually have to look for the actual content.. (but don't forget i also love to make money) ..so i try to keep it simple yet efficient.

i have a classic right hand side ad-column with one text-ad and one img-ad, beneath each other, both are 250x250. is this ok? i like the design and diversity more than a stretched out skyscraper all along the side..

i also placed a 468x60 ad that i tried to blend more into the content at the bottom of the page - the old classic "i finished reading the page, now where should i go next?"

im not a total beginner with adsense but i also never made any big bucks with it (yet)...you guys always have the best advice so i'd appreciate it.

    here's an example: http://www.timeleaps.com/intro/

    thanks!

Hi, here are the things I would change on your website concerning the ads :

I would change the backgrounds of the ads to the right to white. I see you chose to have you adsense titles the color of your link which should be a good idea, but since there is very few links on your pages, they're just the color of something that don't appear on your pages. Therefore I'd consider changin your adsense title to black to match the color of your article titles.

Right now I don't think your ads are very well integrated, but they are going to be quite relevant and well targeted since you site is a small niche.

I wish you good luck on your site, it is always awesome to be able to earn money from your passion! :)
