    I think below site uses vBulletin. If so, it's really good piece of customization.

    Can someone tell me if there is any skin / modification that allows the same functionality as below site ?

    Aside from the design, it is really just your basic forum. I didn't register so I might be missing some things...

    This is how I guessed it's vBulletin.:)
    Then I went to registration form to confirm it.

    Looks so. But lot of customization was done inside the forum as well.
    Just wondering whether it's customized by them or if some module / hack available to build that kind of website.
