    CMS? Drupal -- it does tons of musicians sites, as well as DOD sites, and dont forget whitehouse.gov and the house of representatives. Blogging site? Wordpress! CAn wordpress be a cms -- yes and Drupal can be a blogging site!

    WordPress, Drupal, Joomla -- you name it, it really depends on your preference. If you're a beginner, I recommend WordPress because of ease of use.
