CodeIgniter for CMS? Or is there something better out there?

I've been looking over this framework and it looks pretty slick. A lot more room for a programmer like me to wiggle around. Has anyone else used it? Is it pretty good? Or is there another framework that is better? Any thoughts?

So you want to make a cms using a framework? I use codeigniter and drupal for different purposes. I use codeigniter if I want something very custom and I use drupal for content focused websites.
