My webmaster is a bit color blind when it comes to Adsense. Should my Adsense have more color? Do they blend in to much? Should i change the size?

If I were you, I would make the ad unit background color to be the same as the site background color. After that, you should consider changing the ad link url color to some other like maybe black because the blue doesn't show well and stand out.

I would definitely change the ad background colour to the site background colour. I think your ad titles will stand out more against that paler background.

I don't think Google minds what colours you choose. It's personal choice.

You can get it any colour you want with adsense. There is an option in the Adsense setup for the exact colour code, so you just need to edit this code to the same one as your background colour.
