    Can't comment much on the layout since it's a standard blogger template. The ad placement should be fine since it is inserted between blog posts. Maybe you can consider on the option to place a skyscraper on the sidebar and check whether that helps to increase the ctr.

    I like it. Nice and simple and not over-powering.

    However, like SEO Bum said, I would move away from the standard template- its gives it a bit of a drab feel.

    I would change the colour of the titles (on the white background) to the same green you have on the right side of your site. And, maybe black titles for the tower ads on the right side of the page. You need to make the ads stand out yet still look great within your own colour scheme.

    Personally if it were me I would remove some of the link units. You can have too many ads to your own detriment.
