    Is there any website that provide complete information about content duplication. I know about copyscape but it is no free.

    I was asking about software or tool. If I paste article of 400 words in Google then Google will show "did not match any documents." Does it means that content is unique?

    Definitely. the content is unique. Because if it is copied then Google will give you the first result of that site from which the content was being copied

    Well Google is in itself a content checker you can paste a single line in search box & you will see if that particular line is bold than content is copy other wise its unique!
