Really nice effect, very useful tutorial.

However I do not consider myself a "dumbass". I find that phrase (Photoshop Tutorials For Dumbasses) a tad repelling.

I agree, you certainly seem to have found a way to discourage repeat visitors...

Check the whois of the domain and send him an email:

"Sirvus Plais remove le tutorial avec voutres site, le tutorial belong to moi (TOOTORIAL.COM).

    Merci Voucu,

    Stefan
    TOOTORIAL owner and webmaster"

It would be better to send it in English, he probably speaks or at least understands it. Also, is my french any good? :)

Yes, your tutorials being copied. Take remedial action. But how could you trace this copycat within a week. Is there anyway to find out copycats? Just Iam curious. To write a tutorial it takes lot of my valuable time. After all time is money. If someone copies my hardwork at a click of mouse I can't tolerate. What are you going to do with that copycat. I saw today the tutorial still exists at http://www.pckult.net/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=531&Itemid=7
