I submitted a site there once ...it was like giving away money.. they shot me down pretty quickly, but thanked me for the money. It has to be "Cool" not just funded..

Please DO let us know what site was submitted and IF it was chosen. It would help the rest of us determine our chances. Thanks.

Well I did submit this morning and I've had no confirmation accept from PayPay.

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from csotd?

    Thanks.

I think it took me about 4 days before I heard they had recieved the payment. Then a few more days till I got the date the site will be featured.

You all really should wait till next year so you don't have to compete with me for cool site of the year ;)

I did finally get an email from them.

I found is a little disconcerting that I filled out a form that asked for my first name and email address (to be used for confirmation) which then took me to a page for fill out site information. Then I got an email to my PayPal email, different than the one I told them to use in the confirmation form, asking for all of the same information ...

Anyway, I did get an email to resend the same information I input on their site so I guess I'll play "wait and see."

I'll be posting a thread when it's up for COSTD :)

Ya, it took a while for me to get accepted by them too. And no confirmation of even receiving my application before I got accepted. Was worried something messed up.
