    If you can buy a script that does everything you need then you can be sure that plenty of those sites exist and therefore won't be cool anymore.

    I mean for instance if i want to open a manual surf i can buy a script for that and won't have to hire a programmer and the same for a hosting website and such etc . Basically what's an easy site to start up (but perhaps could be harder to earn on ? who knows).

    Get on twitter and see what sort of sites are trending, find a type that appeals and a niche that you are passionate about.

    I suspect that these days you need a team of people to make something that will be really successful though. If it was easy we'd all be doing it.

    You appear to be confused.

    A niche is a topic - lets say body building or tropical fish
    within that niche you can start up an ecommerce store, a blog, an affiliate promotion site, a forum, a social networking site, a directory or something else.

    Being realistic, if I can rattle off the type of site you can do then - regardless of the niche you choose - it's being done. There will be fully functional scripts that just need to have the niche applied and you can be up and running in a jiffy.

    The real money is for the person or team who finds a type of site that is a new take on something that is already being done. Facebook was built on rss feeds and myspace. ebay was built on sites that listed items for sale but didn't really facilitate the sales.

    To take it to the next level you are going to have to do some hard yakka.

    Check out Wordpress.org

    You can install it with your domain once you purchase a hosting plan that has wordpress installation. I do use hostgator and I install wordpress on my websites. Once you install wordpress you will be able to install different types of plugins, like a forum, chatbox etc!
