On a serious note, what would you say is a good age to go? For me it's 92. As long as I am not a burden to anyone I'd like to live till I am 92 and then die peacefully in my sleep.

When I stated that you would live to 110 I was using the Canadian Metric system. Using the American Imperial system that places you well over 130.

It's a moving target. I want to die twenty years from my current age. :)

It matters not if and when you die if you are the proud owner of a Lazarus model tinfoil hat. Seeing as I have one on order, dying is the least of my problems.:)

If a disease only kills 5% of infected people, it is not to be afraid of. AIDS kills you 100% infected and nothing happens.

Being a burden to someone is a good point. I really haven't thought about what age I'd prefer to go. But I've often said that I'd think about it when I reach 130. With my hip arthritis, I'm not sure I'll be able to walk by then though.

I suggest that you look into the Elvis the Pelvis model tinfoil hat. The wearers of said model can swivel like a 16 year old.

Scientists warn of potential wave of COVID-linked brain damage

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-brains-idUSKBN24837S

A study by researchers at University College London (UCL)described 43 cases of patients with COVID-19 who suffered either temporary brain dysfunction, strokes, nerve damage or other serious brain effects.

The research adds to recent studies which also found the disease can damage the brain.

“My worry is that we have millions of people with COVID-19 now. And if in a year’s time we have 10 million recovered people, and those people have cognitive deficits ... then that’s going to affect their ability to work and their ability to go about activities of daily living,” Adrian Owen, a neuroscientist at Western University in Canada, told Reuters in an interview.

Here's the deal: people die from all kinds of ailments all of the time. Likewise, certain people are pre-disposed to certain diseases or ailments due to a variety of factors, including genetics, environment, etc. For example, one person can simply walk near poison ivy and come down with a bad case of it; I can literally roll in it and it has no effect on me. More pertinent: if you are predisposed to something (e.g., a stroke due to bad veins), another illness can bring it on by lowering one's resistance or other complications or the other illness might just coincide with the stroke by happenstance. Of course, that same illness would have zero such effect on the next person or, in fact, the vast majority of people.

Now, here is the Fake News aspect of what @Aelko posted: out of the millions of people who have contracted the coronavirus in North America that we know about (obviously, the number of infected is much, much higher than what we have tested for) the fake news people came up with an anecdote from one doctor and 43 "cases" of temporary brain dysfunction and other more serious brain issues. Forgive me, if I don't even believe that statistically irrelevant number. I guarantee you that even that meager number of 43 has been inflated. Keep in mind, that if someone has a stroke and also happens to have been infected by the virus, the health community counts the stroke as being caused by coronavirus though we have zero science that shows how it might do so. When you are reading the fake news, you have to beware of the anecdotal fear messaging meant to keep the low information sheeple in their bunkers. E.g., "OMG, someone died of leprosy and had the coronavirus! We are all going to die of leprosy if we come into contact with someone with coronavirus!"

That said, my Coronavirus Brain Protector Tinfoil Hat is the only guarantee that you will not suffer brain damage from the virus and you can wear it over any of my other protective tinfoil hats to combine the various protections we offer.

Corona virus is not different than the others but the main reason behind the huge pandemic situation is it's antidote. Researchers are unable to find a proper cure for this virus and this virus immediately affects your health to the death.

No, that is not it. Keep in mind that 99%+ of infected people survive the coronavirus. The reason for the irrational fears and crazy shutdowns has little to do with the virus, itself. For example, look at how poorly other virus vaccines work or have worked throughout medical history. Hundreds of thousands of people die every year from influenza for which we have had multiple vaccines for years and years. Yet, we do not shutdown or otherwise fret about influenza. Coronavirus simply has had the most PR and hype of just about any recent new disease and, here in the U.S., it is because the FakeNews/Democrats/Swamp see it as their only hope to defeat Trump in the November election. That's it, pure and simple.

Yes, I only have the past 3.5 years of hysteria, hoaxes, and other total nonsense as evidence of the Trump Derangement Syndrome affecting the FakeNews/Democrats/Swamp in all of their dealings. I may be wrong on this; pigs might fly, too.

To date there are now 3 recognized Covid-19 vaccines that seem to work. Great Britain has the Astra Zeneca vaccine, the U.S. has the Moderno vaccine and China has this vaccine which they have been giving to their military for the past 2 weeks.

We will all have to wait to see if they are as effective as hoped and are free of any side effects. In any event they are now here as promised in July and ought to be ready for mass production by November. I am optimistic that all of our economies will recover in 2021.

Unfortunately, wearing masks has become political here in the U.S. Starbucks, of course, is a proudly Leftist company (perhaps one of the most extreme, in fact.) I started off resenting wearing a mask because I know that a big part of it for the FakeNews/Democrats/Swamp is to keep the low-information sheeple constantly aware of the virus and scared by it every time they leave the door and see everybody wearing masks. Doctors disagree on the effectiveness of wearing masks, of course.

However, I have come to like wearing my mask outdoors. In fact, I often go out with a mask, sunglasses and my hoodie over my head because it totally foils another big initiative of the Big Brother Leftists/Socialists which is facial recognition. How are the leftists/tyrannists going to monitor and control the sheeple if their facial recognition is not working? Love it.
