This message is for everyone on this forum.

I do not understand your obsession with trying to ruin a business.

I am not scamming anyone, you have the decision to either purchase a product, or not.

I respond to ALL emails as you have even found out in the last post.

I emailed someone who was asking about the system details on how it works. How many other marketers would do this?

I would like to make Jesse Smith AKA "Nintendo" of
    14272 Lookingglas Rd.
    Winston, Oregon 97496

aware that I have filled official documents with my law office regarding slander.

I also had my lawyers subpoena Google for further contact information for this user.

I have already had three succesfull lawsuits against copyright infringement. I have no problems at all using as much legal force as necessary to ruin someones life who is trying to ruin a business.

My product does not effect any adsense or adwords users. It is just a way to optimize your adsense websites to increase your revenue.

Look at Joel Comm, he does the same thing. Here is his website:
    http://www. adsense-secrets . com

If you want to see a scam artist goto www. GooglePex. com

You should spend your time fighting sites like that.

They ENCOURAGE users to CLICK on each others adsense ads.

That ruins the Adsense system, no longer are you getting decent visitors to your website. You are just getting garbage clicks from people looking to earn money on a traffic exchange program.

Messing with the "King of Da Wackos" this thread won't be pretty.

P.S. MOD's - If that is Nintendo's home address shouldn't that be removed?

Edit: Darn it couldn't zoom in on his house in google maps ;)

Yes that is Nintendos home address.

Like I said my attorneys will ruin his life, and Digital Point if it comes down to it.

I have no obstacles when it comes to this.

    EDIT:

You wont have a business soon yourself with your dirty scams. Not only word of mouth is already spreading. But a law-suit filed will be just what you need! Just imagine how many articles published will be on your company and this thread explaining how your a spammer and a fraud.

    Hmmmm. Costa Dedes, you said:

"I also had my attorneys contact DigitalPoint to close the thread, but so far the webmasters at Digital point are not cooperating."

BUT, you're "lawyers" never contacted DigitalPoint . Scammer, spammer AND liar?

Generally when it comes to letters from lawyers ( and I have done this all my business and personal life ), I simply toss them in the trash. The letters are a waste of money IMHO, and I am glad to oblige someone if they feel the need to waste $250 to have someone send me a letter. Hell, I'm not gonna read it, and if I did, I am not gonna respond to it. I just ignore it. 99.9999% of the time they go away. Why? Because the letter is meant to intimidate. For some people that works. For me, I need a court order.

Until I see a supeona, I never even flinch. Even then I am quite unresponsive initially :) Got a problem with me? Talk to me. Why involve an attorney? All you do when you sue someone is make your attorney and my attorney money. What's the point. We might as well just give each other the money, or donate it to charity and spend some quality time beating the crap out of each other.

Anyway, those are my thoughts on the sue front. I really do not see threats of attorneys contacting someone are really considered valid or effective.

    YMMV
    Peace out!

I think I can figure how can a smart system generate interesting smart content over the net, getting targeted traffic, and lots of money... (...)

Look at the source of :URL (change qq from hqqp:// to tt),

You have to be fast and hit stop in your browser, it has js-redirection. Hit stop after the redirect, or see code, zipped due to file size, in attachments.

    LoL

If you are going to do this then be convincing:

    What is ‘slander’?

    Slander is a spoken defamation.
    http://injury-law.freeadvice.com/libel_and_slander/slander.htm

    What is ‘libel’?

Libel is a written defamation. Generally, radio and television broadcasts that are defamatory are considered to be libel, rather than slander.
    http://injury-law.freeadvice.com/libel_and_slander/libel.htm

If your lawyers are misinforming then you will probably cancel the service and want a refund huh ? (deja vu)

Nintendo's been around - if he didnt want his details online im sure it wouldnt be.
