Thanks, but other than that, is there anything wrong with ad placement, or ad color, etc.?

does anyone know how I can make both the ads and the site background the same color? I don't want to change my site background, however I can't make the ad backround the same as my site background.

    Thanks

When you adding you ad unit, you select the background of your page. Or type the color directly without selecting.

Just as a note to the background colour - I can't read the black text on that deep blue background. Any chance of changing the background colour?

    Hi maho,

Welcome to the world of SEO/SEM. Looks like the discography section isn't lining up correctly in my firefox. Remember to check your site in different browsers for compatibility.

Read around these forums and others and you'll find alot of information already out there just waiting to help you out.

Play with placement and blending of ads and you will see results if you have traffic.

As Sara said, ditch the blue background. It makes it very difficult to read. If you want a blue background I would suggest using a lighter shade of blue, such as #DAEAFF.
Find sites which are on the same topic as yours and get them to link to you. Or if you can't do that find the sites that link to those sites and get them to link to you. :)
