    So I'm planning on setting up a ecommerce site for a family member, but honestly I have never built one. Anyone have advice on a free cart or a cheap paid one that will work? It'll also be beneficial if I can find free templates/themes for it. It needs to support paypal as well as my merchant account (ccbill).

    What sort of programming experience/ability do you have? I'm assuming that you're looking for a php cart?

    Whatever cart it doesn't really matter, but php would be preffered. I have no coding experience.
