    May I suggest Adlinks at the top in place of the 468 you currently have. Adlinks always perform better when placed at the top of a page in blog. Then, if it's possible (I'm not sure, I don't use blogger), use "excerpt pages" function, and then ad 336 boxes at the end of your articles in the single pages. That, as well, converts well.

    Also, as always, don't forget to blend the color of your ads to match your site, and likewise with the link.

    I think from a reading stand point the text is a bit hard for me to read
    where it is white with blue back ground

    Its just my opinion
    Site is nice but maybe widen a bit an increase text size just a bit.

    people in ntheir 40's spend money ... and alot are having eyestrain after all day at work ...

    I dont know if you agree .... But it was just my first impression
