Could you please review ad placement

Could you please review position, design and relevance of ads on homepage, pages containing full articles and pages containing articles from specific category.

Could you please suggest a position (and maybe a design) for my future ads (do I need to put link units also?)

    Thank you in advance

Your Header could be a very great placement for a 468*60 banner but I think your banner will not allow that....

    1. 350*250 Ad at the sidebar top may give you a great CTR
    2. 468860 ad placement on Home page is good.. Hope that will get some click...
    3. Single post ad 468*60 ..Blend it more....Match the Bg with your blog BG.. ( Keep it on a test basis for a week and see if it works for you or not..)
4 One link ad unit can be added to navbar..

adsense is way too low down the page on front page. On article pages, the 468x60 is not so suitable, but if you like it then at least make it background and border color same as the background color of your content area.
Adlinks could be added yes, as well as adsense search which will return only results from your site.

You need to increase your CTR which must be very poor right now, by increasing chances a visitor will find an interesting ad on your site.

I would say put the link unit under the nav bar and move the banner to where the link unit is.
