I'm using AdSense, AdLink code on my sites for about 1 years (AdLink was late), but haven't got %1-%2 rate yet. Sites are online dictionary services. And I use only one 728x90 AdSense code per site. The URLs are:

    http://www.sozluk.web.tr/?lang=eng
(English interface - using same placement on Turkish and German interface)

    http://www.pratiksozluk.com and http://www.ingilizcesozluk.gen.tr
(These are only in Turkish language - but you can get an idea I think, site services are same - just dictionaries).

Shall I use second AdSense placement? On bottom of pages or right?

I've changed color codes before but nothing changed on earnings and percents.

    Thank you very much.

the top banners are well placed, however you might wanna try blending them better, changing url and link text colors (that red isn't that good).. also on the first site, the top top ad (the one with some turkish writing underneath takes a bit too much to load, i'd consider changing it

You also have to consider that the reason your CTR is your topic.

Oh very thanks for ideas and opinions. I'm going to play colors for ad codes...
Also I haven't thought about my topic, my sites was online before I discovered AdSense (and before AdSense support Turkish). I don't want to open sites for AdSense to make Internet dump too much. Thanks again.

I've added random color scheme on my site #1. It selects random color scheme in Google's standart schemes. Most of them very vivid schemes. Is it good or not? Shall I change it to more like site color scheme? ( site is http://www.sozluk.web.tr/en )

I agree with JackBurton2006, people going to your site are looking for a translation, a very specific thing, they are likely not going to check out your adds. I tried your service and the adds that appeared after I entered a English to Turkish translation came up in turkish, I am not going to click on something I can't read. See if you can change the adds to display in whatever language the user is translating from.

I see, I've also changed color scheme, random color schemes decreased click rate :(

huntingblades: How can I indicate AdSense to show specific language? The content/result should be 2 different language (ie, English search query and Turkish result). Can AdSense skip different language parts of content/result?
