CPA Affiliate Program, a question about advertising

Hello,

I have been browsing around this forum for a long time , Visiting frequently for over a year but never signed up as I never needed to post.

But now I have a question.

I would like to try some CPA programs as I have seen many people do that successfully . I will be advertising on CPC networks like Adwords etc , I just have one question:

Is it better to link directly to the affiliate progam website or create a landing page and then link that to affiliate progam page ?

Which one is better in your experience .

I think you should build a landing page. In this situation, you have the possibility to know how much traffic is sent by advertising programs. This is my choice.

 

I would have to agree. By offering a landing, or home page you can also plug other websites or affiliate programs you are promoting. This is really your best option, you can start to build traffic, and always expand on your own landing or website page.

with simply your affiliate link you do get to the specific site that you want to plug, but you cannot make any changes and don't have complete control.

 

But by building a landing page dont you lose potention people who would have signed up if they went directly to the Affiliate site.

Because some people as soon as they find out that the ad led them to a landing page of some affiliate they will close the window and carry on their search at the search engine?

 

One more thing , is CommisionJunction the best place to find affiliate progams or are there some better alternate options?

You could always create a site that includes quite a few different networks CPA campaigns and just promote that. Just a thought as sometimes someone sees the lead and then suddenly thinks they don't really want to signup to that one and then could always try another one on your site.

 

Lading page is a better option as it gives you chance to sign up for more than one cpa program

 

I would definately use a landing page. If you need some network recommendations let me know cause I work with loads of them.

 

A landing page is more personal, and helps build more trust.
