So im new to CPA, made about $200 from 1-3 months of work which is alright for me.
Well im wondering if theres a CPA network where you can get a link, then send the link to people and all they do is Submit their email while you get paid?

    I guess I am a little confused.

That IS the basis for CPA. You join a network, get your affiliate links, and when people click your link and fulfill the offer you sent them (email submit, free trial offer, whatever) then you get paid.

CPA is awesome by the way!

Yeah, all you need to do is apply to a traditional CPA network and you are good to go. There are hundreds out there!

Yeah, that's called an "email submit" and lots of CPA networks have them. Here's one of many networks - http://affiliate.com/

There are many networks with e-mail submit offers. I suggest asking your affiliate manager of whatever network you are a part of. They can point you to some e-mail offers in case you can't find them yourself.

Yes content locking sites are a bit different than the traditional CPA networks. Most CPA networks will have simple email submit offers. I use Peerfly, Maxbounty, and Neverblue.

All cpa networks will give you a link to promote but from what your asking, it may seem that you are looking for incentive type offers. If your looking for any of those, we have a whole slew of them coming.
