CPM or PPC Business

    If you could own an advertising business which one do you think has a bigger potential? CPM or Pay Per Click. I'm always trying to come up with new ideas for a new business and was thinking about advertising. With CPM, if i give out banners to publishers and pay lets say $.20 per 1000 impressions would the that be better then lets say offering 5 cents per click. With 1000 impressions what is an average CTR for banners. I know it probably depends on what you are advertising but what would you think would be better. To offer CPM or PPC?
