Crazy billings!

I wake up today and what I see .. they billed me 9 times for 10 dollars but yesterday I sent them 3 e-mails to stop billing my account cuz I stopped my campaign .. and they didn't do it .. is there something I can do to get my money back ? They're stealing money from my own pocket .. I'm a newbie but there is another problem .. they weren't even showing statistics until I e-mailed them .. after that what do I see ? 12 clicks @ 4 dollars each ) .. and not even a sale!! Maybe tomorrow I wake up and I see 10 thousand billings .. cuz ther customer service s**k. They answer to questions in 10 hours even 1 day .. world .. wr're talking about yahoo .. but all I can say about them is they're very good at taking money .. hope to turn back here with good news ..

 

I am assuming they have billed your credit card... if so call your bank and report the transactions as unauthorised.

 

They used to bill me multiple times too until I sent them an email threatening to terminate my account.

They replied (pretty fast too) and offered to set me up with a Prepaid Deposit plan. That means I don't get billed UNTIL I decide to add more funds.

 

this used to happen to me before too .. I just cancel my acc#.
