    Hello :)

    I'll travel to USA soon, and I want to create my own business there (a limited company).

    to do so, I need to create a bank account too (to use paypal, moneybookers, autorize.net and so).

    i'm asking you somes advices like :

    In which state do you advise me to create that ltd ? (Chicago - IL / S.F - CA) ?

    In which bank create an account ?

    Is there any link, online doc that can help me ?
