    Hello,

    Small preface: I'm trying to find the best idea for the SaaS service that I want to build. Stable and proven business model - this is what I'm interested in.

    So far, CRM system must be fine. CRM - Customer Relationships Management software.

    What do you think? Is it worth starting company from scratch and selling CRM services?

    What are the possible pit falls of making such a business?
